At Rathbones Tailor, we are committed to ensuring your garment fits perfectly. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective covers are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our master tailors inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new size within 5-7 business days.
